Before you buy anything here, compare the price at patel brothers. This guys charge 2x more than patel brothers. They don’t take returns so don’t rush.

Let's leave about what they are selling, these guys are genuine and they make sure what customer for the penny they paid. Example, they counted 25 beetle leaves and recounted it one more time so that I shouldn't be getting anything less than 25. I told them one leaf doesn't make a big difference but their response amused me. They are diversefied flowers, pooja items etc. The only problem for me is, it is too far from my home .

We had placed an order for Sunday (11/3) two weeks ago and called yesterday (11/2) to confirm when we xan pick up the flowers. We were shocked that the lady said that they dont have the order. Very disappointed and they cannot be trusted for important occasions.

I purchased a bag of pooja flowers, paid and then decided to return because of change of mind. I did not even step outside of store. The lady was reluctant to process the return and told me these are final sales. After telling that I haven't stepped outside of the store, she accepted the return but did not give me full refund including tax. They kept the tax money. These are not the right practices to handle business in USA.
