I had a very disappointing experience with an employee her name suvarna at Vivek Flowers. About two months ago, I faced an unpleasant interaction at the Higgins Rd location. Recently, I visited the Naperville store with my friend and encountered the same behavior from her again. Her way of speaking was rude, unprofessional, and made us feel uncomfortable. Management should take immediate action and provide proper customer service training to prevent this from happening again Thank you
Horrible customer service (the ladies up front show so much attitude and are disrespectful). They need to change their staff or train them how to do their job. The quality of items they are selling are below par and high cost. I will not be recommending anyone to this shop. Consider going literally any where else than here.
Viveke Flowers is the best! Their arrangements are beautiful and fresh, and their authentic jasmine from India is unbelievable — a true jasmine scent you can’t find anywhere else. Amazing quality and even better service. Highly recommended!
0 starts actually!!! Worst customer service. Couple ladies at the service were disrespectful and reluctant to process the return even if the product is terrible quality (especially flowers). Way over priced for what you get. Patel brothers is couple doors away and double the time cheaper than most products here. The only store in USA whose policy is a NIGHTMARE!! Hope they didn’t forget that they run business hoping to bring back customers.
They were selling Diwali Diya for $3 each. We ended up purchasing from Patel Brothers 6 Diya for $4 only. What a Ripoff. Don't take advantage of the customers because it is Diwali festival days. The Rangoli colors we purchased, they were of poor quality.
