We are extremely disappointed with the service. We had clearly informed the vendor that the flowers were required on time for our puja, and they had verbally assured us that everything would be ready. However, not only were the flowers not prepared at the required time, but they also refused to accept an advance payment when we tried to secure the order earlier. Before you buy anything here, compare the price at patel brothers. This guys charge 2x more than patel brothers. They don’t take returns so don’t rush.
