Open the Jasmine Flowers Box and check the quality of flowers, we took 4 boxes and all of them were damaged, when contacted they simply smiled not even a sorry nor replacement.
Worst store who doesn’t bother about customers. Been to this store and stood for 20 mins just for one stuff. They are not fast enough to take care of customers
Been there just before the day of Varalakshmi Pooja on August 7th, told they were out of jasmine flower garlands and sold some lilly flowers in a zip lock bag, I got 2 of those packets and kept them in refrigerator, they turned out to be brown that evening while doing decor for my devi and similarly took rose flowers seperate flowers they were also of same situation. Deeply disappointed with the purchase and I almost stood for 45 mins in a line in the store. they could have sold some good quality flowers
Very very high price when compared to other stores they don’t give itemized bill and they say some random number and charge different amount
