I just had the worst facial experience of my life from Delanie Schafer. She was rude, unprofessional and careless with her job. I’ve been to this spa many times before and always had a pleasant experience, except for this time. I arrived 1 minute early for my appointment and Delanie took me back right away. Ugh This place feels so bright and chic but the staff is so patient and amazing In their respective fields!! I’ve have several services done on multiple occasions and they walk you through everything and ensure I felt at ease with the plans! Getting injections and other things especially on your fave can be intimidating so I’m glad they didn’t push anything and made sure I knew what to expect and gave their honest advice and took their time!!
