Mi experiencia a sido muy buena, las rutinas , el ambiente , los entrenadores , me gusta que se enfoquen en lo que hago , con mucho respeto . Lo recomiendo 100 %

Sonia and her team are truly amazing—from teaching proper techniques to constantly encouraging and motivating you to push past your limits. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and empowering, making every workout enjoyable and effective. Este Fitness center me ha ayudado muchísimo con mi yo interior. Recuerdo que antes solía comer mucha comida chatarra además de beber mucho refresco/soda y siempre me sentía súper cansado y con muchísimo sueño, entonces ahí supe que tenía un problema. Yo siempre pasaba por este lugar y me decía a mí mismo: “un día vendré aquí”. Se me concedió y la verdad no me arrepiento de nada.
