I can't say enough about how amazing the team is at Vive Health and Fitness! I just completed their 6-week challenge and lost 26.4lbs! I was totally out of shape with a vague idea about what I needed to eat. I followed this plan and did it! Today I weighed out for my 6 week challenge. I exceeded my goal by 10%. The encouragement I felt by the staff, especially Dani, Tom and Tamara really kept me motivated. The facility is state of the art, it’s a welcoming environment and I highly recommend Vive.
