I recently joined vive this past Friday and couldn't be happier!!! I did my first functional training class with Tom this morning and it kicked my behind but I felt awesome afterwards,I also will be spending the next 6 months of my life under the watchful eye of Ed Ferkel and am so excited to start making changes and reaping the benefits for the rest of my life!! Being a member at VIVE has been such a positive life-changing experience. A year ago I never would have imagined I'd be where I am now on so many levels - nutrition, fitness, confidence...and so much more. Not only is the facility itself a step above the rest, so are the employees and my 'gym buddies'.
