Finally found a gym I actually look forward to going to. I've tried a few gyms around Toronto and Vive is honestly the one that stuck. The 24/7 access was the first thing that sold me — I work on a weird schedule and being able to show up at 6am or 10pm without any hassle has been a game changer. No lineups, no crowds, just you and the equipment. The facility itself is well set up. I recently started Vive Fitness, perfect location as it’s near to me. I also had the privilege of having a consultation with Ahmed one of the personal trainers, he is very informative, easy to talk to and is well knowledgeable about weight lifting, gaining muscle mass and weight loss also to mention nutritional and calorie intake as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer!
