I love this gym; it has everything I need. My favourite part is the yoga class with David. I’ve always wanted to get better at yoga, but I used to feel like I was just too stiff for it. David is the first instructor who believed in me and has been encouraging me from day one. He is a world-class instructor: attentive, patient, supportive, guiding you and correcting you when needed, always with a smile and a beautiful energy. Great environment, great staff all around good time with new equipment
Started going to this gym not too long ago, and I am enjoying my experience so far 💗. It’s a small gym, but with great equipment and a friendly and non judgmental vibe. The staff are also great, and Noah at the front desk showed me around and made me feel comfortable. Price is also affordable, and space is clean and comfortable.
