I attended this gym for about 2 years, and recently canceled due to price increases (no judgment everything is going up). The gym is the most conveniently located in Mimico for transit users, making it accessible. The trainers and staff here are great. However the location itself is kind of falling apart (holes in the ceilings, and lack of air ventilation), and there aren't as many machines or space one would expect for the price, and the bathrooms never really feel clean. Ahmed is an exceptional personal trainer - very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. He takes the time to understand my goals, answers questions, and provides feedback throughout the process. I’m feeling and seeing a difference in my body since working with Ahmed. I would highly recommend him!
