I'm training to reach some personal bests including a few world records in certain activities. Alex Wagner was very helpful in setting up a comprehensive program to reach my goals, had thorough knowledge of the facilities at vive and how to best use them and was full of helpful tips to adjust my technique to get the most out of my workout time.

The gym is constantly freezing and all the machines are cold, making workouts really uncomfortable. I’ve brought this up with the staff several times, but nothing has changed. If the temperature issue isn’t fixed by next month, I’ll be canceling my membership

Simple and sweet gym . Enjoyed my month of membership with the awesome 24h access and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Fantastic gym! Very clean and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Had some personal training sessions with Polly as a beginner lifter and she was super helpful and patient! 10/10 recommend

I came for personal training after many years of being intimidated & avoiding the bigger machines. I got to that point of 'enough is enough' and after speaking with Dong (shout out to him at the front desk who is also helpful & welcoming) he set me up with personal training with Alex. Alex was fantastic, he taught me how to use all the machines that I was intimidated to use and more. He was always positive and uplifting, that I looked forward to all our sessions.
