Greeted immediately upon entering lobby and brought back to procedure area. Melissa was very informative and explained everything during each step. I had the cryo slimming done to reduce fat over time. It was extremely cold and uncomfortable but tolerable. Next I had the EMS done which didn't bother me at all. It's a belt placed over the area of concern. Then stays in place while electrical impulses are emitted to contract the muscles you want to focus on. It doesn't hurt and easy tolerated. Such a friendly environment. Emilee makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. After my sessions my stomach felt more firm and looked more toned!
