Update June 2026: I am changing my review because I have been living here for 3 years and Kelly Bello is AMAZING person to deal with. Actually it was a big part for me to live here for 3 years because of her and the maintenance team are 👌👍 Last Update: Very noisy Neighbors. You'll find 10-20 guys drinking, BBQ and loud music tell late night, you won'teven feel safe. I recommend security personnel to prevent this. Other than that, the complex and staff are good. Place was clean but the lady giving a tour kept informing me she ate tuna for lunch. I will not be moving in.

I moved into these apartments today Kelly has been fabulous since day one from helping me getting approved and with moving in etc... she's answered all my questions and helped me with all the things she is super personable professional friendly she gave me a first good impression since day one and helpful my apartment is clean nice comfortable and homey with lots of space I like my apartment plus there's a hot tub pool gym and movie theater on campus and the Chandler fashion square mall is nearby for shopping many resteraunt... read more
