Marco and Jim are the best! Super friendly, quick to help, and always get things fixed right the first time. They make living at Vive so much easier.
Extremely rude person I spoke with for September move in. They have 8 weeks free all over the internet and website, then when I asked she said we dont have that. Stay away from this place, already I can tell its a nightmare.

We've been living at Vive, and unfortunately, the reality doesn’t match the "luxury" label this place promotes. Yes, it’s quiet—and for that, we’re thankful—but the property is not well-maintained. The front signage is burned out, which sets the tone as soon as you enter. The pool area has ripped cushions, the sidewalks are somewhat dirty, and parts of the landscaping are broken or neglected.
