We've been living at Vive, and unfortunately, the reality doesn’t match the "luxury" label this place promotes. Yes, it’s quiet—and for that, we’re thankful—but the property is not well-maintained. The front signage is burned out, which sets the tone as soon as you enter. The pool area has ripped cushions, the sidewalks are somewhat dirty, and parts of the landscaping are broken or neglected. This complex must be under new management. They do not take any pride in the pool or public amenities. Right now we have a whole pool and 4 pool chairs to lay down, two of which are completely broken/unusable. I asked why and they said "corporate hasn't approved money for seating." I pay $2700 per month for a two bedroom and they can't provide seating at the pool? They go around and police license plates now, which is wild. Horrible leasing agent. I stopped but to look at the apt although I already had an apt I was going to move into. The agent told me to complete the application anyway but that she would not submit until I was sure I wanted to apply, She was going to talk to her supervisor about an additional fee. I told her about 30 mins later (prior to her talking to her manager who was still in air during travel) that I did not want to proceed and not to submit the application.
