I think this is my second or third review on Vive .. Which would make you wonder why I continue to sign a lease here… But as we all know, the cost of living is outrageous, and it’s very costly to move, but I think this will be my last lease. This is a smoke free property. It’s in our lease… I have a neighbor who smokes 24/7 and it comes through my bedroom walls, my bathroom wall and my laundry room… I was told a month ago by management they were going to give a 48 hour entry notice to check for people smoking inside as I am ... read more
Racist management when I lived there. Talked to other people, and they felt the same way. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Last Update: Very noisy Neighbors. You'll find 10-20 guys drinking, BBQ and loud music tell late night, you won'teven feel safe. I recommend security personnel to prevent this. Other than that, the complex and staff are good. Update2: The maintenance team at Vive is professional and friendly, Marco closed 3 maintenance requests I out on one visit.
