I've had a great experience living at Vive Apartments. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Erika especially went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She's incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and always willing to help. I had a great experience at Vive Apartments! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The grounds are beautifully maintained and it’s obvious they take pride in keeping the property looking its best. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and very well designed. If you're looking for a place that is well cared for with a great team, I would highly recommend Vive Apartments!

Update June 2026: I am changing my review because I have been living here for 3 years and Kelly Bello is AMAZING person to deal with. Actually it was a big part for me to live here for 3 years because of her and the maintenance team are 👌👍 Last Update: Very noisy Neighbors. You'll find 10-20 guys drinking, BBQ and loud music tell late night, you won'teven feel safe. I recommend security personnel to prevent this. Other than that, the complex and staff are good. Place was clean but the lady giving a tour kept informing me she ate tuna for lunch. I will not be moving in.
