I loved there for years they at first were great then took forever to get things fixed and even now as we try together our deposit back 2 and a half months later Kelly or Erika doesn’t return my phones or emails. The fees I do talk to this new person she can’t help me. Even though I degree with the amount the want to take out they still owe me over 300 dollars which by Az law I should have had back awhile ago.
Carlos was wonderful came in fixed my closet and made sure it was secure. Thank you Carlos for your professionalism and courtesy!
I moved into these apartments today Kelly has been fabulous since day one from helping me getting approved and with moving in etc... she's answered all my questions and helped me with all the things she is super personable professional friendly she gave me a first good impression since day one and helpful my apartment is clean nice comfortable and homey with lots of space I like my apartment plus there's a hot tub pool gym and movie theater on campus and the Chandler fashion square mall is nearby for shopping many resteraunt... read more
Since the very beginning it's been a great place to live! I wanted to give a shout-out to the maintenance guys! They are always professional, friendly and the requests are completed quickly! Marco, Carlos and Jim are AWESOME! They work so hard to keep this complex looking good! Every single interaction I've had with them has been wonderful!
