THE BEST florist I have ever been to, worldwide. Impeccable service, kindness & consideration. These women have great big hearts, and are incredibly supportive to their customers. I went here for my boyfriends mothers funeral flowers & the arrangement was not only perfect & beyond beautiful, but within my budget, as well. If I could give 11 out of ten stars for Viva’s flowershop, I would! If you’re in the area, this is your go to flower shop. Obrigada Viva’s!
Poor customer service. I had called, emailed, and left a voicemail message to try to change the delivery date because the page hd refreshed prior to checkout and it set to the wrong date, which I realized quickly after. Did not receive a single response.
Viva's Flower Shop was amazing to work with! They helped us at Temescal Wellness Hudson with a large Valentine’s Day order of long-stem roses. The team was friendly, helpful, and made the process easy from start to finish. The roses were beautifully wrapped in decorative cellophane, priced great, and delivered to us in Hudson. They helped make our Valentine’s Day a big success — highly recommend!
Crys is a very rude person; she only treats you well when she's in front of her clients. Today she called me because she owed me $24, and basically humiliated me, saying I wouldn't receive the money because I caused her a loss. She was late delivering the plants, and I had to wait an hour. She ignored me for a week and treated me very badly when she finally answered, not even letting me speak before hanging up on me.
