We moved my mother‑in‑law into Meadow Oaks of Roseville earlier this year, and the experience has been wonderful. The facility is beautiful, the staff is warm and attentive, and she has truly been enjoying her time there. Sheri, in particular, has gone above and beyond to support our family through this transition. The team helped coordinate video doctor visits and even visited my mother‑in‑law at her previous residence beforehand to get to know her and ensure Meadow Oaks would be the right fit. My father in law was here and they do have many staff who are caring, but they are understaffed and can not provide the level of care the sale people or administration promise. They evaluate and charge for the highest level of care but don't want to provide that. He fell one night getting from his chair to bed but only because it was after 11pm and they had FORGOTTEN him. They then asked us to find another place for him as he had "dementia". His doctor verified that he does not, his issues were only from inattention. Th... read more
