There are horrible people working here. The assistant of the hand doctor Solomon, Angelic is very rude and unprofessional when she answers the phone. She hangs up on clients and argues with them over the phone. She refuses to complete simple tasks and I believe it’s because she is prejudice. I already reached out to her supervisor Anjana Kumar to file a formal complaint but she has failed to respond to my voicemail. I would like to talk about a woman who went up and beyond advocating. She saved my life! Ms. Raji Sekhon @ Vivant Health took the time to call me after I was discharged from Lodi Memorial Hospital earlier this week. I've never had anyone call me from any insurance agency before let alone someone who was interested in my well being! I was discharged with C-Diff and I was informed to pick up all my medications at my pharmacy after being discharged. We've had an excellent experience with Vivant Health. As a new primary care clinic, the support we've received has been invaluable in terms of helping us grow and provide high quality care to our patients. Virginia is our site representative. She is incredibly supportive, accessible and knowledgable. Can't say enough about how helpful she's been to us. Highly recommend Vivant Health and Virginia as an excellent rep.
Gloria and Angelica are both equally wonderful to work with! They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we have questions or need assistance, they respond quickly and make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s a pleasure working with them, and we truly appreciate their dedication and support.
We had a great experience with Vivant Health Staff, especially Virginia, who helped me with a referral issue. She responded promptly to all my emails and demonstrated excellent knowledge in what she does. We are also working with Bella, the HEDIS Coordinator, to improve our HEDIS scores. We truly enjoy working with both of them—they are very professional and dedicated.
