It has been nothing but nightmares dealing with this company. My girlfriend and I rent one of their properties on x street, and it has been a disaster of mismanagement, miscommunication, and just a general lack of care for us as tenants. We complained that multiple windows would not open, and had actually been screwed shut. We were told someone would address it, and finally weeks later we were fed up and called the city. These guys are incredible!! We were able to find a house, go see it and sign paperwork in less than 24hrs!! This was the first and last house we saw. Our realtor Ken Olson was so kind and very knowledgeable about the property! Everything was in order and super easy and quick to get through. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a home!!
