Guido and Vivaldi Real Estate made our experience finding an apartment stress free and easy! They were so easy to work with and we are incredibly pleased with our new apartment. Would recommend to anyone needing help navigating finding an apartment in NYC.
I can't say enough about Vivaldi Real Estate, especially Guido, when it came to helping me secure my lovely home in the Upper East Side. As I started my new job, he was kind enough to waive my security deposit, which is not so common from landlords these days. I'm very happy with my daily life in the city, and a large part of of this is because of my home courtesy of VPM.
We worked with Guido when renting one of the apartments they managed. He was very responsive, diligent, and followed up on any concerns we had! I would definitely work with them again!
