Stopped in today to shop for jewelry for myself (a bride) and gifts for my bridesmaids. Was ignored by the sales associate the entire time I was in there as she was too busy texting on her phone, not once was I asked if I needed any help or if I wanted to see anything, even when I was standing directly beside the cash trying to see into the case with the bridal jewelry which was blocked by another counter.
