Customer Service and Communication is the heartbeat of a business. This tax, bookkeeping service was once a trusted business that promoted women empowerment, sadly this has been a nightmare. De'Asha did a wonderful job in supporting me with my extended tax filing. She met with me to talk through her services, and she had a convenient process for me to send over my documents and questions. I'm also grateful that she was very communicative during all of this and in general very pleasant and encouraging to work with.
I can tell that the person preparing my taxes cares about my success. Ms. Redding has wealth in information and educates you while doing your service. She will break everything down the why’s and how’s and make sure everyone is on the same page. I know she means business and I couldn’t ask for anyone better, because there is nobody better.
