It’s restaurant week here in Charlotte so I wanted to try something new. The waitress took a while to come to our table upon our initial arrival. She came and took our drink, appetizer, main course, and dessert order all at once. I immediately felt rushed but my boyfriend was ok with it because he thought we were just getting quick service. She cane back with the drinks but no straw for my drink. Which was fine, she advised that she would be right back. First time visiting during Restaurant Week...won't be our last!.. appetizer portions were huge, had the meatballs and brussels- both excellent....highly satisfied with scallop dinner and beef medallion dinner...beautifully presented...service good...casual attire

We dined for a birthday party. The atmosphere was beautiful and the waiting staff were fabulous! However, the food tonight was not what I was expecting. At first we were served significantly under cooked bread, that the waiter quickly pulled away and said to not eat. We waited over 30 minutes for a drink. We came for restaurant week, hoping to find a new favorite eating spot. Food was so good and mimosas are bomb! They not weak either. You will be lit messing with the bottomless mimosas!!
I haven’t been to Vivace in about a year. I used to go often but the food seemed to be getting worse .... I decided to try it again the other day. They have obviously changed the menu. Everything was amazing ! The calamari was fresh and crispy ... the mussels were tasty and tender (I kept dunking my bread in the broth) and my favorite was the Italian quiche.
