Great place , very clean , server was beyond amazing , hosts very helpful .. it was our 9th anniversary with another couple ... the only thing we notice the menu not big and few Italian meals ... I hope they improve the menu a bet ... but other than that everything else is perfect ... little crowded but it was Saturday night so that's understandable ...
Made reservations for 16 at noon. Was threatened I'd be charged $150 if not everyone should up. Couldn't be sat until everyone arrived. We were sat at 12:13. Our order was taken at 1:00pm (we were ready at 12:30). It took 15 minutes for everyone to get the drinks we ordered at the same time. We did not get our food until 2:00pm. My $12.50 chicken biscuit (no side) was very dry. We had run out of water/drinks before the food came. We didn't get refills until 2:45 (after complaining). Unfortunately had a terrible experience at Vivace. I went here for my 23rd birthday which I had a reservation for however they were clearly very unprepared. I made the reservation over a week out and first off was told that if my number was off by 3 to 4 people they would charge me $150. This is absurd when I am trying to bring them business. Love this place! Last night had the roasted beet salad and the chicken dish ( chicken Al Mattone I believe was the name ) Best chicken I have ever had !!
