I recently bought a 22 TRD PRO Tacoma from this dealership on Saturday and when I got home I noticed it was missing the skid plate. I brought it up to the sells representative and he said “having a skid is not important and refusing to fix the situation”. The fix he said I’m responsible for fixing and buying the skid. The only other one was for them to take the skid off the vehicle I traded in to throw on my pro. Which would leave that truck now without a skid. Even though I didn’t end up visiting the dealership in person, my experience with Las Cruces Viva Toyota was excellent. I had extensive communication with them by phone, and throughout the process, Anthony, one of the managers, was outstanding. Anthony was exceptionally professional, transparent, and straightforward. This dealership lied to me several times. They told me that they would get me the black Sienna but weeks gone by, no vehicle. Then they wanted to sell me a white Sienna which I like but I didn’t need that much added options so they gave me a good discount just like the black one. Early in Nov they said they had secured the vehicle for me and should be here on Nov 30th and the vehicle was not there . I just want to express how thankful I am for the team i have here at Viva Toyota and how helpful everyone was when I traded in my Vehicle. I want to shout out Dominick Loya for all of the work he put in to help me when I was going through the car buying process as a first time car buyer myself! My coworkers have become family and being a Toyota customer myself has made the experience so much more meaningful! Thank you Viva for all you've done for me.
