The General Manager Pedro Hernandez did call me back today and we discussed my original review. Ultimately, he agreed to make it right by reimbursing me the difference in price. I like a Manager that reviews comments and does the right thing. Run away from this dealer's service department. Called for oil and filter change on 2023 Tundra 1794 and was told $129. No mention of special up to 5 qrts (they should have known it took 8 qrts). So first 5 qrts were $6.91/qrt and the next 3 qrts were $7.44/qrt. So an oil and filter cha... read more

Run away from this dealer's service department. Called for oil and filter change on 2023 Tundra 1794 and was told $129. No mention of special up to 5 qrts (they should have known it took 8 qrts).
