The service department here is the worst! Zero integrity, the manager Jesse is into some shady business. He said once the transaction is complete he has no way to give a discount after an issue was discovered with the work they did. Super terrible customer service.
The General Manager Pedro Hernandez did call me back today and we discussed my original review. Ultimately, he agreed to make it right by reimbursing me the difference in price. I like a Manager that reviews comments and does the right thing. Run away from this dealer's service department. Called for oil and filter change on 2023 Tundra 1794 and was told $129. No mention of special up to 5 qrts (they should have known it took 8 qrts). So first 5 qrts were $6.91/qrt and the next 3 qrts were $7.44/qrt. So an oil and filter cha... read more
