Michael from Viva Roofing made a great work for us with a very short notice when we needed it the most - and did it very well, with a reasonable price! They tuned up our roof with painting, caulking, water diverting and many more, within 4 hours of work. I would definitely use their service in the future and recommend others as well.
Be aware doing business with this vendor. I hate writing the bad reviews - but posted my experiences here in case the future home owners doing business with them. I had insurance hail damage claim couple months back and they took my claim money ~$10K and the project is left unfinished, then ghosted without replying back after few follow ups. Outstanding job by Mike and his crews. We had hail damage to our roof, garage door and picket fence. Mike not only coordinated all the repairs themselves but also worked with our insurance company to ensure all our needs were met.
