My first exposure to Pilates was in an intro class taught by Nicole. I remember being struck by her love of Pilates and her gentle and patient means of sharing that love. I enjoyed the benefits of her teaching for several years, and became certified myself as a result. I now have my own private studio at home, and Pilates is and will always be an integral part of my life. Imagine. You're 67. Male. After 6 months you succumb to your wife's prodding and take an intro Pilates class. It's ok. Then you take another. That's when I first met Nicole. I was clutsy, both in form and understanding the equipment. Nicole's prompts, corrections, and encouragement where all perfect and perfectly timed. And that voice! Aural butter! Four years and over 500 classes later, Nicole is (next to my now certificated instructor wife) the best Pilates instructor ever!

I did Private lessons with Nicole who was just terrific in that she kept me focused and attentive to detail. I had a past injury and Nicole was keenly aware of small movements and changes to make to aide me in building strength and endurance. Highly recommend Nicole and Pilates for healing strengthening and wellbeing .
