I’m torn on the stars to share- I really like dr gallant as the orthodontist for my kids and have a good experience with the dental assistants. We have had 3 kids going through for braces etc. however since viva moved to their new location - there is a receptionist who is so aggressive and rude. Everytime we come for appointments she speaks to us parents in a rude condescending way. Always harassing about paying monthly fees. Our 10 year old got a palette expander and braces here. Dr. Gallant and the amazing team that works there are the best! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Putting on my braces was super easy and fast. My dentist was super gentle. But the night I got my braces a bracket came off and was not glued on properly. From Evan
After attending two consultations, our daughter chose Viva as she felt more comfortable with the staff and appreciated the clean modern office. She has already noticed a change in her teeth! Viva has a selection of appointment times that work with our schedule, and communication with both the front staff and care team have been great. We have been super happy with our experience!
