I had an appointment at 8:40 a.m. and ended up arriving around 8:56 a.m. — I fully acknowledge I was late, which is very unusual for me. There was heavy construction and school traffic in the area, which delayed me. While parking around 8:48 a.m., I received a call from the older lady at the front desk.
