This was just not a great dinner. The service was good and the waiter was super friendly but we came here at dinner time on a Wednesday and were literally the only ones in the entire place. The food wasn't anything memorable - it really didn't have any flavor to it. I had the eggplant parmesan and my spouse had the ravioli. The ravioli was the most egregious, it tasted like it was straight out of a package. The restaurant is in a dead strip mall with not much nearby. I came to this local pizza place for lunch and had a really good experience from start to finish. I ordered the carbonara and a truffle pizza, and both were excellent in their own way. The carbonara was creamy, rich, and full of flavor without feeling too heavy. The pasta was cooked well, and the sauce had a nice balance of cheese, pepper, and savory flavor.
