I would give zero stars if it was possible. I have never had such a horrible manicure. I had to go home and file my nails myself to get them into a decent shape and file the ends smooth. I do not recommend Viva Nails.
Great place for a pedicure. I’ve been a million times but now I’ll never be back. This is the second worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten (first luckily wasn’t from here). They pushed builder gel, so sure, let’s try it. It took Danny SO LONG to do this set of nails and it’s NOTHING like what I asked for. I wish people would just be honest if they aren’t capable of doing a design or something special that you’re asking for. I had a handful of other options I would’ve been happy with. It was my first time at this Salon and I got the combo Manicure and Pedicure done. The environment was clean and the employees very friendly. I’m happy with my experience and the nails turned and clean and pretty. Will be coming back! 🫶
I just had my eyebrows done tonight Aug. 28 2026 and I'm unimpressed. They don't look like they were done even. They are so thick still. I told her that and she just kept smiling and went silent. No offer to fix them or try again. Not sure I wanted her to. She kept loosing her grip on the waxing strip every time she pulled at it causing multiple attempts to rip off one strip.
