I’m convinced these nails were done with actual cement. Not acrylic, not gel, actual cement from a Home Depot parking lot. My nails are so thick and lumpy they look like someone poured concrete on my fingertips and let it dry in the sun. The shaping is nonexistent. Every nail is a different size, the surface is bumpy like a sidewalk that cracked in the heat, and the polish looks like it was thrown on during a power outage. I booked an appointment for 12:30, I arrived at 12:25, picked my color and was seated shortly after 12:30. After waiting a solid 45 minutes with no acknowledgment and my feet now soaking in cold water (3 ladies that came in after me sitting across from me getting their services done), I calmly got up and walked out. This was my second time here and I really wanted it to be my go-to nail salon but that level of disregard for others time is baffling to me. I had an appointment for a reason.
