I went one time and I will not be back. The nail tech didn’t shape my nails they way I asked her to. She also sold me on gel builder nails, claiming they would last for three weeks - I lost two nails after one week. The same convinced me to let her do my eyebrows and it was the worst eyebrow waxing job I have every had. She did’t even follow wax with tweezers or thread and left stray hairs. Breakdown: Clean and beautiful place, did not get the nail designs I wanted. 6/10 --- While the overall experience was ok, I did not get the nail designs that I wanted. I wanted holiday-themed nails: Peppermint swirled nails, Christmas bows, and Reindeer. The only one of those I got was the reindeer. The nail tech, Sam, told me my nails were too small for a peppermint design (I asked a different tech after the fact, and she disagreed), Sam coughed on me several times, and her lines are neither straight nor do they connect.
