I recently discovered Viva Nails & highly recommend Michael! The salon is nice, clean & lots of color choices. Viva Nails also beat everyone’s pricing around them! I will be back!!
I went to this nail salon yesterday and had the most terrible experience ever. I got my nails done and my eyebrows shaved, and it wasn't what I wanted. The lady told me she wouldn't shave my eyebrows thin, but she did anyways. When I asked her to see them, she wouldn't let me. I also never got my refund!!!
Despite having a confirmed appointment, I waited for 45 minutes without any communication or call. There was no update or acknowledgment of the delay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting.
Everyone was super professional and friendly! Sonny did a fabulous job on my nails. I will definitely be back!
Everyone is always so nice. Each technician i have had does a wonderful job!
