I went in today to simply get my eyebrows waxed and upon entering I wasn’t greeted whatsoever nor asked what brought me in today. I sat there for almost 20 minutes without being acknowledged. However, a white woman came in and was immediately acknowledged and asked what service she came in for. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Absolutely do not go here. My girlfriend’s nails bled for days. 3 nails chipped within two weeks. She cries every time she leaves this place. The worst part is that she orders on class pass, and they fight with her about what service she gets. She orders a gel manicure, and every time they go back and forth about how the manicure is extra cost. They also charge for a shape when she asks for a file of what she already had. Update: After Two weeks, the nails began lifting. Although I may have needed a fill-in, they should not have lifted from my nails after 2 weeks. I won't be returning to this nail salon again. I've paid for better nails/fill-ins at other salons. Everyone seemed nice and professional. They paid attention to detail MOSTLY and were accommodating when I called to ask for a same-day appointment. Excellent service, people are very nice. I was a walk in and waited maybe 10 mins before being seating to start my nails. I absolutely love my French tip I got and my pedi and nail color was so relaxing. I definitely recommend. Prices aren't bad either.
