On 12/29/2022 I had an appointment for a SNS powder mani and a basic pedicure. They started with the pedicure. When the ***************** brought out a particular tool I told him I did not want my cuticles to be cut. He used the same tool to cut a tip of my second toenail on my left foot and ended up cutting my toe. Afterwards, I was informed he was supposed to do my nails but after he cut my toe HE didn't feel comfortable. I spoke with the owner and she was very dismissive of the action. Very racist and rude! On multiple occasions! Please, if you are not Caucasian beware. The disrespect and attitude of the woman the other staff consult with is horrible and dismissive. I will tell everyone I meet to find services elsewhere.
