Today I visited for a minor fix needed on my Mitsubishi Outlander, I was greeted by Ricardo, who is the service technician. He was so courteous and attentive. He is definitely doing his job well! Hard to find these days.

so we wanted to see a car that they had on there website so we went to viva Mitsubishi and oscar and carlos rios told us if we were serious about buying a car that we would have to start the paperwork Oscar guaranteed that we would not be obligated to buy until we test drived it and looked at it now and we agree to it. so we gave a down payment of $1,500. he said this was to show that we were serious so they can transfer it because the car was in Albuquerque at Viva fiesta. so today we got the call to come see it and they wa... read more

we had an issue with one of the supervisors where we ended up walking out. Oscar and Carlos ríos went on and beyond well customer service. they fixed everything that had gone bad with our experience. they apologized for the other manager of how he did his job but Carlos and Oscar did a fantastic job. I highly recommend going back with them again. we were able to close on a deal and had great experience

I was helped by The manager Richard Ramirez and Carlos Rios I literally came for an oil change and got a new car they worked with me so much no matter how low I went with a down payment and I left with exactly what I wanted with a low monthly and down payment. I love it here !!
