If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my car from this dealership just 5 months ago, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating ever since. First, they didn’t send me home with any paperwork—I was told it would be mailed once completed, but it never showed up. I’ve called multiple times asking for it, and every time I’m told someone will “call me back.” No one ever does. One person even said they’d email it—never happened. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, service was performed very quickly.
Today I visited for a minor fix needed on my Mitsubishi Outlander, I was greeted by Ricardo, who is the service technician. He was so courteous and attentive. He is definitely doing his job well! Hard to find these days.
