Have been working with one of the owners for years. The service is exceptional and it is refreshing to have an experience that really utilizes out of the box thinking. Even their newsletter is helpful and seems to hit on what I am going through 4/5 times by accident.
The staff at Viva are incredible. They provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy with service and true concern for patients like I've never seen elsewhere. Many staff members have public profiles on Psychology Today and have stellar reviews there as well. My life wouldn't be the same without Viva!
I was working with this practice when it was still Viva Wellness. They rebranded and changed their name. Before beginning therapy I submitted my insurance information to Rachel the co-owner and was told they would assist in helping me get reimbursed for my sessions with my insurance company. The therapist I was seeing left the practice and I chose not to move forward with another one.
