Traded in my CX-70 since they offered to upgrade to the PHEV model. We negotiated and agreed that the monthly payment and extended warranty would remain the same but a couple of weeks later they informed that the extended warranty had been rejected. Only reason I found out is because I called not them. Also, it’s been 5 weeks and they have not paid off the vehicle I traded in so the next payment is up for a vehicle I haven’t had for a month. My experience with Viva Mazda was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my LIFE. I took my 2021 Mazda CX-5 with 35,000 miles on it in on June 5th because it was making a loud, rotational noise. I was told it was diagnosed as a “wheel bearing issue” & the car would be repaired the following week as they needed to order the part. Estoy muy molesta con esta agencia, con las personas de servicio. lleve mi vehiculo a cambio de aceite pero tambien porque traigo una falla, (cascabeleo y pierde fuerza) estuvieron 2 semanas y media con el vehiculo. si vas a llevar tu carro a la agencia toma encuenta que no te prestaran un vehiculo de renta, y MAZDA tampoco le responde a sus clientes!
