This place will continue to harrass you on the phone. For a year i get 1 to 2 phone calls a month even after telling them we are no longer interested and to take us off of their call list they still continue to call.
I have a 2014 Mazda make. Had sudden & unsuspected engine trouble. Took it to MIDAS; they told me that the problem was with the engine and that I needed to take it to a dealership. They cut me a discount, because they're a reputable business who believe in customer service. Made an online appointment to be seen. Received a call from them at some point (they asked me when as if I were making that part up). Brought car in. Traded in my CX-70 since they offered to upgrade to the PHEV model. We negotiated and agreed that the monthly payment and extended warranty would remain the same but a couple of weeks later they informed that the extended warranty had been rejected. Only reason I found out is because I called not them. Also, it’s been 5 weeks and they have not paid off the vehicle I traded in so the next payment is up for a vehicle I haven’t had for a month. My experience with Viva Mazda was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my LIFE. I took my 2021 Mazda CX-5 with 35,000 miles on it in on June 5th because it was making a loud, rotational noise. I was told it was diagnosed as a “wheel bearing issue” & the car would be repaired the following week as they needed to order the part.
