I've been living here for 4 years and love it. They do community BBQs, wine and painting events, Events for kids, and much more. The stuff is nice and friendly and listen to the concerns we have. They even redecorated the lobby and it is even more cozy. The people that live are super friendly too. I love all my neighbors. Highly recommend!
The best place I’ve ever lived—safe, clean, and truly exceptional. Adam and Heather from management are fantastic—always responsive and helpful. Adam, has been incredibly helpful and consistently professional, respectful, and courteous throughout every lease renewal. We love every aspect of living at Viva Lakeshore Center. The amenities meet our needs completely. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The residents are very friendly. Last night they had a summer event with music, food and drinks, games, and social activities that was so much fun!
Tonight they had a social gathering for all the residents with catered barbecue, beverages and a DJ. It was really nice Meeting and chat with neighbors and that they did this for the residents.
