The chiles rellenos had no filling at all. They were not coated in flour or egg whites. They were just a couple of peppers with a bunch of mild tomato sauce on them. They didn't season their food. The nachos had jalapenos. And even the jalapenos weren't flavorful. How can you drain all the flavor from pickled jalapenos?? No cumin, no oregano, no onion or garlic. It was just ground beef. Tons of it, mind you. But, not flavorful. I guess they figure Alabama doesn't know the difference.
