The cable on our garage door sprung. I called for service and Jacob was here almost before I hung up the phone. Great attitude - no attempt to up sale - gave me a reasonable quote and got right to work. He was done before my wife got home from a short errand. Will definitely use again.

Our garage spring broke Friday night, so I called Viva Garage Door early Saturday morning (9 AM), and my call was answered immediately and was able to schedule a visit from David for 12 PM to 2 PM. David was on his way and showed up at 12:30 PM. David was VERY quick and professional, he quoted me a good price to replace both springs (he recommended both springs be replaced even though only 1 broke, which I agreed was a good idea). They were the most responsive to my inquiry among all places I inquired and fixed my garage door the next day for the quoted price. The repair person checked the rest of the door and made additional adjustments so that the door could last long. Responsive, fast, and professional.
On a Saturday at 4 pm, one day post-op after surgery, I went to go pick up my pain medicine and my garage door wouldn't open; I was stranded with my car locked in the garage.
