I had a terrible experience with Viva Eve during my wife's prenatal care in 2025. From the start, their staff assured us that our insurance would cover everything except a $20 copay per visit, until the pregnancy was confirmed which we paid faithfully. We were never told that they treat all plans as out-of-network... they simply stated "we accept your insurance" over phone, and there was no mention of potential deductibles, coinsurance, or massive balance bills. The staff at this location are all great! I arrived to my appointment on 1/12 about 10 mins late, I was late, nervous and had to use the rest room bad lol. The receptionist guided me to the restroom and my nerves and the call I was on got the best of me and instead of using the provided cup, I used the toilet 🤦🏾♀️ which caused me to have to wait and allow the next person to go ahead of me since a pregnancy test is NEEDED before proceeding. Great doctors and the nurse's were very nice and explained everything well.
