They shouldn't even get 1star&you have to be open at least one day a week to get thT... So far they fail for this week!!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Physicians cancel appointments without communicating with patients. Front end staff don't know what they are talking about. Avoid if at all possible.
No sign if open or closed, no one answers phone, website says open when you go there it is closed!
Wasted a whole day because I couldn't do an appointment at lifelabs I had waited a month for all because the doctor didn't think to write the test on my requisition. Tried calling and they're closed during times they should be open. Huge waste of time and very unprofessional.
You guys needa pick up some calls, I've been calling since 4 days ago, no one ever pick up one call
