Don’t even bother going there… I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I had to for this one. If I could leave 0 stars I would.. first of all I had Dr. Sumeet Dhillon. She was incredibly disrespectful, rude and dismissive. The minute she entered the room she had an attitude in her tone. “What’s your problem today”? I tell her my problem and I was explaining to her that I went to other doctors. She didn’t listen, she goes on to take my head looks at it and she goes “have you not seen a doctor? I can tell”. rude service, wouldnt recommend going here at all unless you can deal with snobby miserable workers, also dont expect the doctors fo actually help you, they dont want to gelp you they just want your 5 minutes of time to get paid then want you out
I went and saw a middle aged female doctor. She was the rudest, the most condescending, and the most dismissive doctor I have ever met. She completely ignored what a specialist had already diagnosed me with. And I had already gone and seen another doctor at Urgent Care, who had also agreed with the diagnosis I had from the specialist. She told me that I could not have my symptom occur from an injury - that it was impossible. But she is not a specialist, so how can she know better than one? The receptionists can’t handle the simplest of tasks and were unable to comprehend my emails. They simply are unable to answer the phone for any reason whatsoever. Unbelievably incompetent front desk
