Had an appointment with Dr. Avinashi and had a great experience. The doctor was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. The reception staff, Parminder and Manpreet, were also very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. ^^
Dr. Sumeet Dhillon was very rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and I would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.
I had an appointment with Dr. Sumeet Dhillon yesterday because my eyes were very red and watery. I explained that the eye drops previously prescribed by another doctor at the clinic were not helping, but I was simply told to continue using the same drops without discussing any alternatives. I was also disappointed that Dr. Dhillon did not examine my eyes during the appointment, despite my concerns. In addition, I found her communication to be rude toward both me and the clinic staff. Receptionists are incredibly rude and condescending. They give wrong/contradicting information and then are rude when asked about it.
I had an appointment with Sumeet Dhillon, I was trying to explain to her how I felt and she was rushing and just wanted to be finished, she kept cutting me off while I was talking and had a really rude tune. When I asked her for a copy of the result she was talking very rude and arguing with me then at the end she just gave it rudely to me and left without it saying anything or a goodbye.
