Was booked with Dr. Nirmala Brar via phone and never received a call so I called the clinic and was rebooked to speak with a different doctor, i waited again and still did not receive a call. I called them again and was told that they'll inform the male doctor to call me next. I finally spoke with the doctor and expected to receive his orders via email. Dr. Sohal truly stands out as exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease with their warm and professional demeanour. Receptionist Sandeep was kind and polite lady. Their ability to listen and understand my concerns was remarkable, and they took the time to explain everything.
I recommend seeking Dr. Ibrahim for health related issues, he is very knowledgeable and attentive listener. Staff at the front was very welcoming.
