All Viva dealerships are absolute garbage. They are extremely shady and like to do the yoyo finance trick. All they want is money and any salesman in Vivas employ is complicit in this BS and are terrible people. If you’re reading this and currently have issues with a Viva dealership, look up their CEO and send them a message. That is the only way to keep them honest to their word. I purchased a vehicle from Viva Dodge. The best experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle and Mr. Isaac was very helpful.
Tried to purchase a 4-Runner from their Dodge location. We are out of state and they took a deposit and sent signed paperwork. Called to finish the deal and they won’t answer and have had the deposit for 12 days and seemed unconcerned they are STEALING! Do not spend your money with these unscrupulous people (can’t call them business people). We even tried to email the COO and they really couldn’t care less. Find. I know for a fact that the team at VIVA Dodge is shady, and now I'm starting to believe that the parent organization, VIVA Auto Group, is complicit. I purchased a 2023 Dodge Charger from Viva Dodge on April 30, 2024. The finance manager "sheepishly" tried to get me to sign paperwork for the new car, and the price was higher than we negotiated on the sales floor. It’s been over a month and the payoff for my trade still has not been made. I was told they made the payment 3 days ago (few minutes after I went in person), payment still has not gone through and they can’t provide proof of payment. Incompetence runs high here. Just do yourself a favor and shop out of town. El Paso has the worst car dealers
