I am so disappointed in how my situation has been handled. One of the previous posters talked about how they treat you like family before the purchase and then afterwards, they don’t care. That is exactly what I’m going through. I am trying to get them to refund my money since May for a warranty I canceled. Nothing yet. The finance representative had me sign away on documents and I signed away trusting they would have everything set up as agreed. I noticed the overall price was higher he added on maintenance plans and roadside assistance without explaining it or giving me the option and just snuck them in as I was signing for everything. Have a meeting with Johnny GM hoping to reach a resolution.
Very bad customer service, Nobody seams to know how to help you once you sign paperwork and they hand you the keys. Finance will not return your call and everytime you call to tslk to finance they are always on a meeting and will get back to you as soon as possible. General manager Sonny from Viva is a joke. They treat you like family before the sale, After the sale they dont know you and they dont want to be botheted, Should have gone to Casa Kia. I gave them a chance because of Estela Casas but never again.
Do not buy a car from Viva Ford. They won't order your license plate and will say that your Salesperson (who may or may not be there anymore) was supposed to take care of it
Went to the dealer today and I will never use a dealer or business that will not accept cash AND charges a “convenience” fee. Convenient for who the dealership to make extra money?
