Don't move here if you have outside plants. They'll threaten to throw them away and harass you for having bird feeders or wind chimes outside. There's also German cockroaches. Not worth it.
I lived in this apartment community for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding work of the manager, Miriam Bartlett. She was always quick and efficient in resolving any issues that came up, making living here stress-free. Highly recommend this apartment community!
My time here at Viva has been great. The manager Miriam comes with some great qualities. She is very responsible, has great people skills, always on time and efficient to get repairs done. She is always prompt to work. Always working to make and improve our complex. She also manages her coworkers. Also I am so very impressed with the groundskeeper/maintenance.
