NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! – We overheard the table directly behind us telling Allison that "you just can't stop taking the Entertainment Book, we only came in because we found you in the book." DO NOT GO HERE!!! – I have been coming here for years. Recently, I ordered a large pizza to go and it was completely inedible! It was not cooked all the way, it wasn't what I had ordered, and it was foul smelling. I called them when I got home to complain, they didn't care, there was no manager to speak with, and no one able to give me any compensation for the crappy pizza my family could not eat. Do Not Waste Your Time – Would love to write a good review but we can't. We just ate there and it was terrible. The Service was slow and lackadaisical and the food was bland and outright awfull. I think a can of chef Boyardee would have been more flavorful and satisfying than the fifty dollar meal that we barley touched. Consider yourself warned.
OK – The drinks are great !! but the food and the service Worst ever i mean at least when I went i have been dining there for about 4 years and things have changed so much that i dont know if i will ever go back !! food was nasty and over cooked and the staff wow looks like the pulled some off of Harbor BLVD and another out of weight watchers she looks like she rolled around in the food before she ate all of it i just wish they would start making postive changes instead of always raising the prices !!! Torture alla Vittorio's – On a recent Friday night my wife and I visited Vittorios. We were promptly seated at a dirty table even though the restauant was at less than half capacity. Soon water and bread arrived. Had I known then that this would be the highlight of our dining experience, I would have skipped dinner and headed to Rite Aid for ice cream. VITTORIO'S WAS GOOD....AND NOW EVEN BETTER! – My husband and I have been regulars at Vittorio's for about three years. It is so cozy and close to our home, so we pop in 3 or 4 times a month for a great meal. New owners took over a little over a year ago and boy have they picked up the place! New items on the dinner menu, now there are terrific bar appetizers and nightly specials on their Specials Board ( something new). Vittorio's Goes Downhill – Vittorio's was a killer-good neighborhood institution just a year ago. New owners dumped the experienced waitresses and hired inexperienced waiters. We endured that change, but then the kitchen became inconsistent. They still pour a killer drink.
