I went to Vittone's on 9/25/18 for an eye injury. I did not receive a bill till the Spring of 2019. I paid the bill, then months later, in September, I received another bill for the same service. I called and was immediately informed that the insurance was rebilled and to ignore the bill. I just received another bill in the mail today. The billing department has insured that I will not be returning to this practice.

RecommendedI had Cataracts removed from both eyes and I can't say enough about the Vittone doctors and staff. I am 62 years old and not easily impressed but I feel they are the best at what they do. I highly recommend them....
The doctors seemed nice enough, and answered all the questions I had. However, the lasik procedure itself would have cost me $1k more than Lasik Plus where I ended up going (and I am very happy with). The Vittone billing woman was a nightmare to deal with. She tried to charge me for the evaluation, but after explaining to them that I was a referral, someone in their office said I was correct and there was no charge. I began receiving bills after that. RecommendedFive stars for Dr miller and Dr mike are my heroes , they correctly and quickly diagnosed my Amaurosis fugax then recommended carotid Doppler screening . Several days later I was confirmed to be 90 percent blockage in carotid artery and had successful surgery . Thanks to them and my brilliant vascular surgeon, Dr. Detschelt , I danced at my daughters wedding three weeks post surgery . Now I have cataract issues and I know I am in good hands with them . 💕🕶
