The whole staff is great but 1 person, not sure of her name but she’s rude, can’t say thank you or you’re welcome, I said happy holidays to her and thank you, she just hands me my appointment card with nothing and cannot even look at you.

I am so thankful to Dr. Kotlyar and his staff. On Sat. had what I wasn't sure an emergency or not. I am not a patien but he was the on call Doctor and was just closing. As I'm an hour plus away he and his staff waited for me and performed a complete examination. He determined it was not as serious as I thought and gave me directions for my primary doctor. I am proud to have met , Dr. Kotlyar and his staff, they are extremely professional and caring.. Again thank you

Outstanding experience all around. This morning, I called the Somerset office after calling Atlantic Health System who could not give me an appointment for more than 30 days out even though I had a very urgent issue. When I called Vitreous and explained my situation, they determined they needed to see me that SAME afternoon and made room for an appt. Everyone from reception to the techs to Dr Coady were outstanding. The office was very busy but kept moving. Dr Coady took his time and explained everything. I am very impressed... read more

This is not a review of Dr. Kotlyar, who is an excellent doctor worthy of 100 stars. This 1-star review is for the utterly incompetent front office staff and management. As a self-pay patient, I was informed via text and email that my rates have increased. Instead of just enumerating the new charges, I was directed to call the office for details, which I did several times over the course of many weeks. No one answered the phone nor returned my calls.
