Dr Fan was great! He made sure I could see again after retina surgery. Actually this is my second retina surgery, the other eye had retina issues. Over the past 6 years I have seen Dr Benz then Dr Fan and Dr filpos. I am thankful for all the dr’s at retina Consultants of Texas for keeping my sight, may God keep blessing all the dr’s there for all their help over the years, amen!!!
There is something wrong with the process where you have an appt at 915 and dont see the Dr. Until after 11:00. Yes, after 11. There were 16 people waiting in the dark room and probably another 6-8 in the main lobby. Its like you have to take a full day off to see the eye Dr. I wasn't the only one upset Today. If you set appts at 9, start the process at 9. You tell us to get there 15 minutes early only to sit almost 2 hours see the Dr. The scheduling process is broken. My experience here was great! Liz and Julissa were super nice and got me in and out and my appointment scheduled quickly and Noah took all the nervousness of the appointment away. All in all the experience was a 10/10.
