I called this practice to a diabetic eye exam, they said they do that exam. When I went there, they checked my eyes and said my retina is good, when I explained that I am here for diabetic eye exam,they informed me that I have to see an eye doctor. They were not honest at all when they scheduled me.
I have been seeing Dr Henry for about 10 yrs now. He has been, hands down, the best dr treating my uveitis!! His nurse, Kiran, is a gift from above! She literally goes above and beyond to help me, every single time I have flares! She takes great care of me and my needs, without hesitation! She is the most helpful and most knowledgeable. This team is the best!!
I think it would be a difficult task to find a group of people with a better attitude and a greater example of empathy at work. Keep up the great work 👍 🙌 🙏
I just would like to share that Chante at Cypress made the experience such a positive experience she didn’t just treat my mom like the next customer she treated her like a human and was so caring my mom is losing her vision and Chante made her feel so comfortable about the appointment visit she has patience and was very caring even threw in a few jokes to ease everything we need more Chante’s thank you Chante …..good bedside manner!
