The equipment was really helpful and showed up in plenty of time, even though I’m on the west coast. My surgery was postponed at the last minute, so I had the equipment longer than I had expected, but they worked with me on keeping the cost down. Good equipment, great customer service!
Service was good, I got my rental before my surgery. The problem was tht I could not lift the package to get it into the house to set up the chair. I am a senior who lives alone. I had surgury for a dtached retina. I was not allowed to lift anything over a gallon of milk. The equipment was never used and when I called Virectomy Recovery Solutions what I was told to do was open the package and fish out the label and take the carton to a UPS store.
