customer service sucks and nobody gets back to you about your services give information do not tell how to do the paperwork I'm done very upset
I applied and was contacted by a representative from there. I was never told we needed Mass Health to be eligible for the program. I received a text message asking for my mother’s Mass Health # and then was told we didn’t qualify. This was very deceiving.
