HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my mower blade in and they sharpened it. When I couldn't get it back on the mower correctly, I took the entire mower in and asked them if they'd tighten the blade. They told me I was missing a washer and something else was broken. I told them the mower was working fine and I did not want to put any money into major repairs because I bought it at a yard sale in 2000 for $25. Went in for 3 issues all under warranty; Said it would be 2 weeks. Roughly 3 week later said they just got the part and would take a few days to put in. Finally 2 weeks after that I came in and they said they just got the part that day. Turns out they didn't fix the main problem or even look at that (although it was written on the notes), decided to change the spark plug and the air filter even though I didn't ask for that and said I owed them $78. Told them no and they pulled the cable off. I put the old one on in 1 minute.... read more
