Vito helped us with the purchase of our newest home and we couldn't be happier. My condominium was recently vacated, and I needed help getting it rented quickly. I met with Vito, and we discussed different options since it was furnished, and I knew that might pose a challenge. Vito sent me the comps for the area, and we agreed on a price. He took pictures and had my place listed within a few days of our meeting. Within a week, we had an offer that was more than another similar unit in the building. Vito made the whole process easy and much less stressful than if I'd tried to rent it myself.
