I only go to vitos for their boneless wings, they had the best ones in town, their pizza is ok but it's very cheaply made, so I go to vitos for wings and primos pizza for everything else, but the last few times I have gone they have gave me cheap chicken nuggets or chicken tenders and it's not the same! I called the owner and he tried telling me that's how it's always been even thought I've been ordering this for over a year, I'm never going back to this pizza place I'd rather go without
I give Vitos a one star because the manager was very rude with me on the phone and hung up. I tried to explain something and he would not allow me to speak and was very abrupt with me.
Been ordering from this place for a few years, food always hit or miss. I always tip exceptionally well for delivering to my house. Today I ordered a personal pizza and chicken parm sub. The food came late (no big deal) but the sandwich was horrible! There was no fried chicken patty or provolone, just scraps of chicken that had been cooked I guess in the microwave with PILES of parmesan cheese on it. It was disgusting. Very poor service, received wings that were tough and blood on the inside.. The management responded poorly and refused to replace, advised they would give a 10% off next order. Don't eat here
Food was barely average and practically cold upon arrival. Delivery took over 1 hour even though we live right across the street. Should have read the other recent reviews before trying them again. Doubt that we will order anymore.
"This is not fast food" is the response I got when I asked if over 40 minutes is normal for 3 sandwiches and a kids cheeseburger. So I held myself barely optimistic thinking the ridiculous wait would pay off with halfway decent food. Not to my surprise everything was horrible. Just left Vito’s, staff is awesome. They truly care for people in general. They make you feel like family when you’re there. Not to mention the food is awesome!!!!
