AWFUL! Vijay Vellanki (the owner) should be in jail. I ordered a very expensive sofa from him on Oct 4, 2018 and he stole my money. For 11 months Vijay kept providing excuse after excuse why my sofa wasn't delivered. In the end I found out that he never ordered my sofa and just kept my money. I luckily purchased it on my credit card and Visa's fraud department refund me. You've been warned - stay away from Vito Italia.

We love this showroom! Of course Vito italia has beautiful things and has put together an amazing list of fine contemporary furniture, kitchen manufacturers, but to be amazing a showroom has to be much more than a name with a long list of manufacturers. As always ordering something from far away, that always takes a lot of time to get can create a lot of stress. Ordered furniture from Vijay Vellanki in June 2019 with full payment as he insisted, we later found out ( in Sept 2019) from the manufacturer that he never placed our order with them, but kept the money and lied to us. In fact, the manufacturer informed us Vijay was never an authorized dealer for them. Up to this day, we still don't have the furniture or refund. A friend of mine had their house done by vito italia and I loved how it came out. I purchased a bunch of furniture from a store in KOP mall for my last house and was really let down by the quality and longevity so when I bought my new house, I decided to give vito italia a try. I'm so glad I did. I worked with vijay who is one of the owners. They did floor plans for me and made a presentation for me with fabrics and sketches. What a disgrace and a thief. We payed $1500 for a dresser to only be delivered the wrong dresser and let alone broken 5 months later.At the same time we also put down a deposit on furniture for 20k on our Florida residence. We received a only 4K of our furniture and still have not received the rest. We ordered in march. Still no answer, no delivery. He is a liar and a thief. He’s been saying that he will refund for 4 months now and is running a Ponzi scheme with everyone’s money. Read the reviews.
