Be aware of this office. I was told by this office my insurance company required an office every 3 months to refill my prescriptions. After 3 visits and 3 office call charges I called my insurance company to confirm. This was not true - when I brought this up to the office manager, she asked me to leave the office and not return. I have not been back to the office since November of 2025 and recently out of the blue Vitello's office has been calling in prescriptions to my pharmacy. Very disappointing experience. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 a.m., and I arrived at 9:23 a.m. Although I hadn’t completed my paperwork in advance, I expected to have enough time to do so upon arrival—especially since I was told the doctor would be punctual when I asked how long it would take to be seen.
