First and foremost this review is not a reflection on the provider her self. My husband has been seeing her for a year now and she is incredible. This review is about her office manager. I called in regarding my husband CPAP machine that he was told would be ordered but never was. Upon calling, the office manager answered my call and right off the bat she seemed annoyed that I was calling for a statues on the machine. Joann is fantastic!!! She absolutely puts the concerns and health of her patients first, she listens to your concerns and gives you her medical advice! I can’t believe I have found some one who really listen to me and has lead me to get results for issues I have been dealing with for years with other providers who really wasn’t listening, I want to take the time to thank her for my health journey, I recommend her to all my friends and my husband will be switching to her for his primary care provider soon , she is fantastic!!... read more
Joann is amazing she is helping me on my weight loss journey since July and I have lost a total of 40lbs. She is patient and listens but she also doesn’t sugar coat the truth which I absolutely love! She definitely gives off the tough love energy but it comes from a very genuine caring place because she cares about her patients and wants to help them meet their healthy goals. Will definitely recommend her to anyone

Vitiello Primary Care is an excellent practice. JoAnn is compassionate, caring and beyond supportive. She addresses any concerns or questions I may have and is truly honest in her responses. Claudia is super quick to take care of any issues that I’ve had with prescriptions or pharmacies and she herself is just an awesome person! Everyone is always polite and smiling when I come to the office, the entire staff is phenomenal!
